How TrakrBoard handles information

Purpose and roles

TrakrBoard provides staffing-operation software to customer companies. The customer company controls the candidate, marketer, submission, contact, and feedback information entered into its workspace. TrakrBoard processes that information to provide the service.

Information processed

The service may process account identifiers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, candidate professional details, marketer assignments, job-submission details, represented addresses, vendor and partner contacts, status history, feedback, branding, and security audit events.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, operate role-based dashboards, manage staffing workflows, provide reports, protect tenant data, investigate misuse, and maintain the service. TrakrBoard does not use one customer company’s operational records for another company.

Storage and sharing

Authentication, database, and file-storage services are provided through Supabase, and the web application is hosted using OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

Customer administrators control active access. Deactivated accounts and archived candidates lose operational access while historical staffing records may be retained for audit and business continuity. The customer company should define its own retention schedule and handle individual access or deletion requests.

Security

The service uses email verification, password recovery, tenant-scoped authorization, row-level database policies, secure secret storage, audit events, and encrypted HTTPS transport. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Contact the administrator of the company workspace that provided your account. Before public commercial launch, the service operator must add its legal business identity, mailing address, privacy contact, jurisdiction-specific rights, and final retention schedule.
