Rules for using TrakrBoard
Draft effective July 12, 2026
Authorized use
TrakrBoard is a business staffing-management service. Users may access only the company workspace and records authorized for their assigned role. Users must provide accurate information and protect their login credentials.
Customer responsibilities
Each customer company is responsible for inviting appropriate users, configuring assignments, obtaining any required consent to process candidate and business-contact information, defining retention practices, and complying with employment, privacy, and communications laws.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not attempt to access another company’s data, bypass security controls, upload malicious content, disrupt the service, misuse personal information, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful discrimination or fraud.
Data and account administration
Customer administrators manage company users and records. Deactivation or archival may remove login or operational access while retaining historical records. TrakrBoard may suspend access needed to protect users, data, or the service.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an evolving basis and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Customers should export information needed for their own continuity and should not treat the service as their sole legal recordkeeping system.
Disclaimers and liability
TrakrBoard is workflow software, not legal, employment, tax, or compliance advice. Commercial warranty, service-level, indemnity, liability, payment, termination, governing-law, and dispute terms must be completed in a signed customer agreement before paid public use.
Contact
Contact the administrator of the company workspace that provided your account. The service operator must add its legal business identity and formal notice address before commercial launch.
